Ability to archive projects

Strongly boosting this. Projects need an archive, or at minimum subfolders, for basic workspace organization. For anyone using Projects seriously, the sidebar gets messy fast once completed work starts piling up. If individual chats can be archived, entire Projects should be archivable too.
