Selective logo rendering bug in ChatGPT App: Works in Input Bar/Menu, fails in Response Header

My app was published today morning. I’m seeing a selective rendering issue with my ChatGPT App logo.

What’s working:

• The logo displays perfectly in the Input Bar (message box).

• The logo is correctly rendered in the App Selection Menu/List.

What’s NOT working:

• In the Response Area (Answer Header) , the logo fails to load and only shows the default initial “L”.

• In Mobile App, logo fails to load in every pages.

• This issue persists in the production version even though it worked in Developer Mode.

Has anyone else experienced this “partial” visibility where the logo works in the UI menus but breaks during the actual chat response?
