Bug Report – Voice Input Error

I have the same issue and have had it on and off for at least a year. It completely derails using the dictate function and any uses cases around that. If it stored the audio briefly to try again that would help but its just gone Device: Samsung Galaxy S24 / Android 16 App: ChatGPT Android app Network: 4G+ in screenshot Time: around 11:21 UK time, 5 May 2026 Issue: voice input records briefly, then returns red “Error” and loses the dictated content Pattern: repeated failures on short voice inputs, not just long recordings Screenshot: pretty much the same as the previous user
