How to download 1 full chat history in word or PDF to feed my Custom GPT

Any of you have a better idea to download 1 specific chat history without requesting an entire Data Export ? OR to import a chat into a new Chat like you would import a library in programming ?

There is still no built-in way to export only one specific ChatGPT conversation as Word or PDF. The official data export gives you the whole account history, which is not ideal for this use case.

For this exact workflow, I’d use a browser extension on Chrome Web Store. One option is ChatGPT Exporter: Save ChatGPT to Word, PDF, Docs, Notion.

It can export a single full conversation directly to formats like Word, PDF, or Notion, while keeping the chat readable. That should be much easier than asking ChatGPT to recreate the whole chat into multiple files.
