As you mentioned, this is probably just a characteristic of GPT-2, since it used to be easier to generate images with a transparent background.\n\nI tried talking to my GPT and even ran some pretty weird tests. For example, I would say, “I am going to ask you to generate an image in a moment, so while you are generating it, do not forget the transparent background. Use a real transparent background with background pixels set to RGBA(0,0,0,0), or any RGB value with alpha 0, okay?”\n\nThen it would agree.\n\nI would ask it to create the image, and it would generate the usual fake transparent background, hahaha.\n\nThen I would ask, “But look, my friend, you generated it with a fake transparent background again. Where did you go wrong in the process?”\n\nAnd the answer from the guy was, “You are right, the transparent background is not real. Try again, because next time it will work,” hahahaha.",
