Limits don't Reset even after Reset deadline :(

Hi @Hresearch Yeah that definitely sounds frustrating, especially if you haven’t even used it since the last reset. Could you please create a support ticket and share the relevant details (dates, limits you saw, etc.)? This likely needs an account-level investigation, and they’re the best ones to sort it out. ~Smith
