  "textContent": "I think theres a much better way to do it: keep the same reset timer for everyone and give everyone say, 50% back (or more if you are feeling generous).\nKeeping the reset times is crucial. We plan around those things.\n\nTo be fair, the whole reset time is a pretty bad anxiety-inducing system. I would much prefer if you simply increased the limit by 0.6% every hour (thus 100% every week). Then I would just adjust my plan to my work’s pace and vice versa.",
