Why my ChatGPT Web UI still on old version

Hi OpenAI Support, I’m following up on Case Number: 08022265. I first reported this issue on April 22, but so far I have not received any useful update or clear explanation of the current status. I also do not know whether the case is still being investigated, waiting for additional information from me, or has been set aside. Could you please check the status of this case and let me know: 1. Whether Case Number 08022265 is still active; 2. What the current progress is; 3. Whether any additional information is needed from me; 4. When I can expect a meaningful update.
