Published App shows error even though no MCP server changes from our end

Hi OpenAI team,

We are facing this issue recently on our published app:

Our app was published on 22nd April and it was working correctly, but since today we are getting this error when our app’s widget is being called. There is no change in our MCP Server and widget since publishing and we also tried the MCP server in the Developer mode and it is working fine (widget is loaded properly).

Can you please check and let us know what could be the issue and how can we resolve it?
