"textContent": "I’m using Codex Security with a ChatGPT Business team account. After creating a new security scan for a GitHub repository, the scan details page fails to load properly.\n\nThe page shows these errors:\n\n * Failed to load scan stats: Invalid URL\n\n * Failed to load scan configurations: Invalid URL\n\n\n\n\nThe scan status, result, and scanned commits all show as unavailable. The page also says Codex Security is still generating the initial threat model.\n\nHas anyone run into this before? Is this usually caused by a GitHub repository URL parsing issue, Codex environment configuration problem, GitHub authorization issue, or a Codex Security frontend/backend bug? Any suggestions on how to debug or recover from this would be appreciated.",
