  "textContent": "I am another victim of an existing issue (search these forums for \"**Purchased 1000 credits, gone in under an hour\").**\n\nI have tried solving the issue with the support AI bot and it doesn’t know what to do, and via email, I get non-helpful replies.\n\nHow do I get my credits? Or did I just get charged $40 for a half hour or usage? I had only 1 session going, and nothing too intense, just some regular coding tasks.\n\nOn the usage console, it shows \"**Credits remaining = 0\"** but also **“No credit usage recorded yet”.**",
