Why is ChatGPT Pro temporarily limited on my account?

I have now submitted a formal complaint. If this issue is not properly reviewed and resolved within the next couple of days, I will consider raising it more widely on social media to highlight the serious shortcomings in OpenAI’s ChatGPT Pro support, account-access handling, and communication with paying customers.
