Sudden high costs for ChatGPT API usage – what’s going on?

You are not alone i experienced the same thing. Im running analysis and prior to this per analysis from openai cost me around $0.50-0.80 cents max, now im being charged like $2.2-$3. Its getting so ridiculous my monthly budget jumped from $15 to almost $70+… Im using their gpt-4.1-2025-04-14 model. Seriously im getting so frustrated. I can almost 100% guarantee they quietly increased their token cost for each model.
