These requests all medium-intensity GPT 5.4 or low-intensity 5.4 mini.\nSo this might Ambient suggestion working. It will summarize your recent activities into some suggestions and then put them on the ‘New Session Page’.\nIf you don’t want to use it or are confused by inexplicable API requests, you can check if there is a `ambient-suggestions/` in `.codex/` or just check it in `Codex Settings → Personalization → Ambient suggestion`",
