"textContent": "I’ve reported this before, but seriously, you **have** to fix this.\n\nI’m using a custom GPT to generate fine tuning material for GPT-4.1-mini. It takes me some 3/5 messages, even with my system instruction, before it starts spitting out the results I want from it that I can use.\n\nHowever, after some 10/15 messages back and forth, the frontend simply starts _“freezing”_. The problem is worse in Safari, but it’s also in Chrome.\n\nI’m now almost at the point where I’m considering using another LLM provider to help me create my training material for GPT-4.1-mini (the irony!), simply because I now spend 30% of my entire **day** waiting for the GUI to become responsive, such that I can copy and paste the result.\n\nThe reasons is that after inference is done, it takes Safari sometimes 3/5 **minutes** before the GUI becomes responsive, and I can click on the frikkin’ _“copy button”_.\n\nI refuse to believe I’m the only guy experiencing similar issues.\n\nFor me, this now tales up some 10 to 20 percent of my entire workday, simply **waiting for my browser to become responsive**. I’ve got no idea what you’re doing in your JavaScript, and I’m too lazy to check, but seriously, you have to **stop doing whatever it is you’re doing in JS** …\n\nYou seriously **have** to fix this.\n\nYou’ve got 800 million users per week. I’m probably one of 0.00001% of those experiencing this actually reporting it, but I can guarantee you that 50% are **experiencing it** …\n\nPlease guys!\n\nNeed help?\n\nHire me for a month. Pretty sure I’d figure it out. The GUI for ChatGPT, and its lack of responsiveness, is simply embarrassing …",
