The chats are unavailable to be shown due to being "too long"

Previously I could enter some of my finished long chats to see the whole conversations and answer variants in both the app and web versions. But recently I cannot get an access to any of them due to them being “too long”. It’s so ridiculous as it never happened before. Both in the app and web versions. I would like to know the issues. Can they be fixed eventually?
