  "textContent": "Starting from today, the Codex app not loading on Windows 10. It 100% the loads CPU, for about 30 minutes, and then nothing. Only the splashscreen with the logo is visible. I tried to reinstall, create a fresh .codex folder - nothing helped.\nCodex CLI does work, btw.",
