How to Export ChatGPT Conversation and Continue It in a New Thread?

Hey @Hoang_Anh, I get what you’re after. Right now, Data Export is still account-wide, so it doesn’t really give you a clean way to pull just one thread.

The closest option right now is Projects. You can move an existing chat into a project, and it’ll keep chats, files, and context together, which makes longer-running work a lot easier to manage without having to start over each time.
