Chat GPT browser is frozen (April 2026)

I just wanted to check in and see if you’re still running into this issue.

If it’s still happening, could you try opening ChatGPT in an incognito/private window and check if the problem persists there? That can help narrow down whether it’s related to browser settings or extensions.

You might also try a quick hard refresh or clearing your browser cache, and temporarily disabling any extensions/content blockers in Safari.

If the issue still persists, you may reach out to support@openai.com along with a HAR file, as they’ll be able to take a closer look into this.
