Custom GPT: “Content failed to load” when switching models

Hi, I’m running into an issue with my Custom GPT where attempting to switch models causes the entire ChatGPT site to fail to load until I refresh.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open my Custom GPT

2. Mouse hover over “Model” in the top bar

3. The GPT attempts to reload → shows:

“Content failed to load”
