Feature request: indicator for what skill/MCP was used

I was working on a design and using the UI.sh MCP server and skill. However, as I prompted the model with subsequent runs, I’m not sure if it was still using the skill and server. I know that there are indications in the thinking, but I would like something simpler in the UI that indicates if the model is using a certain skill or MCP server.
