  "textContent": "When ChatGPT gives a long answer, I often want to respond to one exact passage.\nPlease add a forum-style quoted reply feature, where I can highlight part of a message and reply directly to that fragment.\n\nWhy this would help:\n\n  * reduces ambiguity in long conversations\n\n  * makes technical and research chats much easier to discuss\n\n  * improves editing/review workflows\n\n  * keeps context attached to the exact text being discussed\n\n\n\n\nIdeal behavior:\n\n  * select part of a message\n\n  * click “Reply with quote”\n\n  * show the quoted snippet above my reply\n\n  * keep it linked to the original message\n\n\n",
