New Thread button does not open the new conversation on Windows

Hey @Izuna, you’re not alone on this one, it’s been coming up in the “Error in starting conversation” thread too. Totally get how blocking that is when the New Thread button just doesn’t respond. Good news is this is already being worked on. It’s a known issue on Windows and the fix is in progress, so you shouldn’t need to change anything on your end. In the meantime, a couple workarounds people mentioned: * Refreshing the page * Using the sidebar “New chat” if it responds * Restarting the browser session Not ideal, but it can get you unstuck for now. We’re watching that thread closely and should see this resolved soon. If you notice any pattern (browser, timing, etc.), drop it in the ongoing thread, it helps connect the dots faster. -Mark G.
