That annoying bell sound after every voice answer ! why?

THAT ANNOYING BELL SOUND AFTER EVERY VOICE ANSWER ! WHY ??? Anyone knows how to stop it? It’s very annoying, loud, and don’t know what’s the purpose of it. There should be a way, one can turn this off than suffering.
