Unexplained Usage - Chat Completions & Responses

The same happened to me (14-15 of april). My 40$ gone to the drain. Literally, tokens went from 760 to 0 in under a few minutes! What happened? Is it a bug or did they trully changed token rates in the blink of an eye? @OpenAI_Support help! I’ve already submitted my Case Number: 07747217 as well@
