TTS-1 Usage not showing up

im trying to use TTS-1 on my website, and i am getting wanted results, and i am being charged for it, the only thing is, its not showing up on the usage pages. the logs dont show any call to TTS-1. basically there is no trace of TTS-1 being used, even though it is being used
