Personal Usage Says Other Usage Limits Hit Far too Quickly

My usage says other, but I only use the CLI. I don’t understand why or how I am hitting limits. I changed my password, and added MFA because idk if my account has been taken over I did that on the first, or around that time, but I still hit the limits fairly quickly. I am concerned that I am seeing other when I solely use CLI.
