  "textContent": "Hi!\n\nI think you made some very good points, especially about the terminology around credits and grants, and how difficult it can be to tell how many credits are left and which ones will expire soon.\n\nI still wanted to share this screenshot:\n\nThis note has been there for 2+ years.\nYou may have missed it.\n\nI’m sorry you incurred this loss. I also had my credits expire in the recent past. This should be improved, IMO.",
