All Widget experiences suddenly not rendering anymore in ChatGPT Apps

Seeing this type of experience on all ChatGPT widget experiences (apps) at the moment - seeing a few posts on this - no active incidents it seems but i dont see any app loading widgets at the moment even though data in tools returns successfully. Example with Stubhub below
