How to get the total token usage of individual user via API?

Not that I’m aware of. I built this into my app (plugin) and maintain it as part of the user record. It’s not like you will want to manage individual quotas for users on OpenAI’s dashboard? I mean maybe up to 5 could work but beyond that it’s likely to be get impractical.
