Hey Everyone, Huge apologies for this experience that each one of you had to go through. I can see that you tried reaching out to our support team as well. Can you please provide us with the case id or email/case subject so we can track your request. We need the support request since resolving this issue requires accessing your personal information which cannot be attained here. We will also make sure to take the feedback and improve our support so this does not repeat. Once I have the case id/case subject, I can correspond to each of you via the said support request.
