  "textContent": "Kinda late, but I have the same problem after trying to make chatGPT keep memory of something (didn’t care about memories before), I started a temporal instance to ask there, what I got, summarized, is that some instances have memory-enable while others don’t, it’s random, there’s no visible indicator either, so try starting new chats and saving from there  (haven’t tested it, reached the limit with the latest model, and the one I’m using can’t handle memories, I’ll update later if it works), also clear your cache, that might work, and your old, unused chats too",
