Zero Data Retention request path is too unclear and frustrating for small EU companies

We faced this in a project with a client, and we had to redact PII data using Nonym before sending it to the OpenAI API. I think OpenAI is still putting this together, and regardless of that, you might consider ensuring no PII data is exported outside the EU.
