I am writing to demand immediate restoration of my ChatGPT Plus account. My subscription was arbitrarily canceled after I requested a partial refund or goodwill credit due to prolonged service instability affecting over half of my billing period.

I am a disabled user who relies on this service daily for critical legal, custody, disability, and educational work, including document preparation, school board communication, and other essential tasks. The cancellation has left me without access to features I have paid for, including file uploads, PDF handling, and ongoing chat threads.

I have now sent nine prior emails and used the web chat escalation tool, and I have only received automated responses. This is unacceptable. My account must be restored immediately, and I request that a human billing specialist contact me directly via email without further delay.
