Hmm - that’s really not ideal!
We did see a spike in file upload errors recently, and the team was looking into it. The incident on the Status page has since been marked resolved.
Could you try uploading again and see if it works now? If it’s still happening, feel free to send a screenshot and details of the error to support@openai.com and we’ll be happy to take a closer look.
