Chat disappearing after using Voice Chat

Hello everyone, I’m writing here because I’m trying to find out if anyone else has experienced something similar with ChatGPT. I had a very long conversation that I had been using for about a week to study for an exam. During those days I generated a lot of material inside the chat: summaries, PDFs, test questions, explanations and even some audio transcriptions. Everything was working normally until today, when I pressed the voice mode button (the blue circle to talk directly with the AI) inside the same conversation. After I returned from voice mode to the normal chat, something very strange happened. Now my conversation looks like this: * I can still see messages and files from about a week ago. * I can also see the most recent messages from today. * But all the messages between about 3–4 days ago and today are completely missing. So the conversation basically jumps from the older messages directly to the most recent ones, and everything in the middle has disappeared. Some other details: * I can still open PDFs and files from the older part of the chat. * The conversation itself has not been deleted. * I also see messages like “The transcription is not available” and “Some of the files you uploaded…”. * I tried closing and reopening the app. * I also checked the conversation on the web version, but the missing section is not there either. Unfortunately, that missing part contained several days of study material and explanations that I was using to prepare for an exam, so this is quite stressful. I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced: * conversations losing a large middle section of messages * or something similar happening after using Voice Mode. If this happened to you: * did the conversation eventually come back? * or was the missing part permanently lost? Any information would really help. Thank you.
