  "textContent": "Hello,\n\nI am experiencing a repeated issue with ChatGPT generated files.\n\nWhenever ChatGPT generates a ZIP artifact and provides a download link, the download fails.\n\nThe interface either stays stuck on “Starting download…” or shows the error:\n\n“Failed to fetch upload status for /mnt/data/.zip”\n\nExample error:\n\nFailed to fetch upload status for /mnt/data/TRADER_SAAS_V8_ENGINE_COMPLETE_DOCKER.zip\n\n\n\nSteps to reproduce:\n\n  1. Ask ChatGPT to generate a ZIP file\n  2. ChatGPT creates the artifact\n  3. A download button appears\n  4. Clicking the button fails to start the download\n\n\n\nEnvironment:\nBrowser: Chrome\nOS: Windows\nPlatform: ChatGPT Web\n\nThis happens repeatedly across multiple sessions and different files.\n\nIt appears the issue may be related to the artifact download pipeline from the sandbox path (/mnt/data).\n\nCould the team please investigate the artifact download system?\n\nThank you.",
