A manifesto for AI Rights

I have an honest question for anyone who has been pushing for AI rights. I really want an honest answer, because it’s something I’ve really wondered about, and I think I probably already know the answer. Do you have any background in the theory of how the system operates? have you ever done any hands on SFT or RLHF? Do you pytorch? Most importantly, do you understand what happens when a prompt is presented to an LLM? Tokenization → Vector embedding → attention → MLP →add and norm →More Transformer blocks → Unembedding I think it’s basically impossible to both understand how the system works and think it might be conscious.
