  "textContent": "Hello,\n\nI would like to ask a question specifically to **users in Belgium**.\n\nFor several months I have been experiencing serious difficulties contacting **OpenAI / ChatGPT support**. Multiple support cases remain unresolved and responses are often automated or repeat the same verification instructions without addressing the actual problem.\n\nAt the moment it has become extremely difficult to obtain a **human response from support**.\n\nIn addition to this, I am also encountering technical issues (for example downloads generated by ChatGPT not starting), which I have tried to report through the normal support channels.\n\nBecause of this situation I would like to ask:\n\n• Are there **other users in Belgium** experiencing similar problems reaching OpenAI / ChatGPT support?\n• Has anyone in Belgium successfully obtained a **human support response** recently?\n• Has anyone already **filed a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (GBA / APD)** or another regulatory body regarding support accessibility or account handling?\n\nIf other Belgian users are encountering similar issues, I would be interested in **sharing experiences or joining an existing complaint process**.\n\nThank you in advance for any feedback.\n\nWim",
