I’ve submitted the same mcp server url before and it previously worked\n\n  3. I can add the same mcp server url right now on the ChatGPT app Developer mode and it adds correctly.\n\n\n\n\nI’ve tried creating a new submission and other public mcp server urls and they all give me the same internal service error",
