Tokens of Appreciation — milestone awards for OpenAI API token usage

hey, we had passed 10B input tokens in 2025, but we havn’t received any email about this token yet. I also noticed that we havent verified our organisation yet, due to some issues with verificaiton process. Should this be the issue? org id ends with cuHXfA thanks!
