Responses API Outage: Hosted shell tool w internet access producing errors

Does anyone know the ETA of something like this being fixed? This is holding up our company badly and I can’t imagine that we are the only ones using this feature. There should at least be a notice somewhere that it’s broken atm. Thank you.
