  "textContent": "I was in the correct workspace.\n\nNor me or my employees could see my GPTs. These were all GPTs I had personally created. I logged in, out, cleared cache, logged in private window.\n\nThe problem wasn’t on my end since no one in the workspace could see the GPTs anymore.\n\nI could not access them from previous windows/chat either, and couldn’t access the link previously shared with the team.\n\nFortunately, everything came back.\n\nFor others who may have this bug, there seems to have been a server problem with my builder profile. When I went into settings, my builder profile wasn’t accessible anymore.\n\nFew hours later it came back, but it seems that on OpenAI side, my email wasn’t linked to my builder profile anymore which made my custom GPTs unavailable/hidden, and made it impossible for me to create new custom GPTs.\n\nI’m still confused what could have caused it.",
