"textContent": "Hey @kadenelephant, you’re not missing anything.\n\nMCP server support is available in ChatGPT via Developer Mode and Connectors, but the web app currently exposes those controls more reliably than the desktop app.\n\nYou _should_ still be able to see the option to enable Developer Mode in the desktop app settings. If you don’t see Developer Mode in the settings, try logging into the web version and adding your MCP server there. Right now the web experience is generally more complete for MCP setup.",
