Significant regressions with sync/transport in latest Codex app (26.227.1448)?

Has the Codex app suddenly gotten extremely unreliable with sync and communication with the app-server? Worked fine until yesterday’s update, Version 26.227.1448 (747). I generally do not see messages stream in until I click away and back to the conversation, or click around inside the Codex app a bunch. Trying to change things in the model picker or toggle Plan mode only works like half the time. Surprised to not see any reports of this; is it just me? Does anyone know if there’s a way to roll back?
