Unable to Scan Tools for an OAuth MCP ChatGPOT App

I’m trying to create a new ChatGPT App using this form https://platform.openai.com/apps-manage/edit?section=App%20Info. On the MCP Server step of creating a new app, when I fill out my MCP server URL, select OAuth, and click scan tools, it opens a new tab with my OAuth page. When I approve access from my OAuth page, I’m redirected back to the OpenAI MCP Server step with the uncompleted tools scan. I tried without client ID/secret (we support DCR) and it successfully creates the OAuth client. I also tried adding a client ID and secret with the same results.
