Integration of the task planner into ChatGPT

This is to ensure that users are less distracted from important tasks when communicating with ChatGPT on unimportant topics. There would be three types of priorities: * High * Medium * Low Depending on the priority set for the task, ChatGPT would remind the user more or less actively that this task needs to be completed first if ChatGPT detects that the user is spending a lot of time on topics that are not relevant to the task at hand.
