API credits expired without any warning – request for transparency

This just happened to me. I only lost $10, but to me this is theft. Don’t care what the user agreement is. That is why there is competition, and I won’t be using OpenAI anymore. Anthropic is better anyhow. See ya OpenAI. Jerks.
