I’m experiencing performance issues when using the chat search feature in ChatGPT

Whenever I open the search panel to find a previous conversation:

• It takes several seconds to show results

• Sometimes the panel appears to keep loading

• Scrolling through the results is not smooth

• With many saved conversations, the experience becomes noticeably slow

This impacts my workflow, especially when I need to quickly retrieve technical information from past chats.

• Usage level: heavy daily use, many stored conversations

• Internet connection: stable and fast

• Issue persists across sessions

Is anyone else facing this problem? Are there any recommended optimizations, limits on stored chats, or temporary workarounds?
