Prompt OS for Builders: Personal Prompt Library with Folders, Templates, and Versioning

For advanced users, prompts are not disposable text — they are reusable assets. What’s missing today is a native way to save, organize, and quickly reinsert prompts while writing.

I propose a Personal Prompt Library built into the composer.
